It rains real hard here in West Virginia but I don't have a regular suit so when it rains I just get my old leather jacked on and bust out the duck tape and plastic trash bags and seal myself up that way. It only takes two bags to cover yourself and a little duck tape. If it's really raining hard you can tape your jacket to your gloves and be completely sealed. Just go to the bathroom before you tape yourself up.
